A Long Wait

This is the day where we waved goodbye

Promising each other that we will stay and be strong for the next 4 months

A long long pile of tests await us.

Days after days

Weeks after weeks

Months after months

We've waited for this moment to come

Though there's conflicts and arguments along the way

But our love still stands strong.

The day has come where we can finally say:

We were given a variety of choices.

From education to life career,

From places to go to places to stay or avoid,

From single to married and many more,

and we often made a lot of mistakes in choosing one

But at least I made one right 

and that is You.

Life, as I know it and most of the time, is about choosing the right path.

Future, relationship, love, friends, career are all parts of our life and we are given choices.

There's no right or wrong in each path. We cannot go and blame people for choosing their own path in life.

But instead, try to trust them and encourage them in life.


I'm here now and standing in front of me are paths to my future.

I'm still in the midst of deciding which way to go.

Some will say "you can always make a U-turn and start all over".

But I'll say "Wouldn't it be time wasting to go all over again?"

Indeed we cannot predict our future nor speculate anything that might happen.
